We use our knowledge of your organization’s business plans, strategies, culture and market to make an assessment of the candidate’s suitability for employment.
This is a one-half day program during which candidates complete an intensive assessment process, involving a personal interview and a battery of tests and questionnaires designed to measure the skills and abilities noted below. This program can be modified to assess candidates online. In this situation the time requirement is from one to two hours.

All candidates hired receive feedback, including a copy of their evaluation, which is initially sent directly to the client organization. During the feedback session, candidates are given the opportunity to discuss their results of the assessment. In addition to addressing critical selection issues, assessments identify personal and professional development needs. Candidates who are hired may then implement a development program with the assistance of their manager and Human Resources. This method has been validated over a number of years and has proven record of enhancing performance and reducing turnover.
