Bruce has a company called Click Therapeutics and works as a psychiatrist, serving as the Director of Neuropsychiatry for Cornell Weill Medical. He is an active public speaker and gives talks on topics like “The Banker’s Brain”. He specializes in Brain Based coaching, which focuses on the neurological components of behavioral change.
